about

'A Simple Thief: Los Angeles' is the story about a heist taking place in a dystopian cyberpunk-esque future version of Downtown Los Angeles. We start at the very beginning, when a simple thought became a Masterplan. Our protagonist has always dreamed about a life in excess. If not here, then somewhere in a safe place in South America.
But who is that mysterious girl named Kite, who always manages to turn up in the wrong place at the wrong time?
All he had to do was take the money and leave. But then there was Kite, standing in the very middle of his escape route.

This is pure atmospheric storytelling without words. It combines the well-known orchestral arrangements of TWO WORDS IN JAPANESE's earlier releases with lots of new genre touches: Dystopoian Night Jazz, Energetic Electro Funk and Bombastic Score with some Cyberpunk glitches. A soundtrack to a movie that never existed.
